Description
The laboratory bench is designed to study a programmable logic controller with a control object in the form of a mechatronic module - pneumatic movement of parts. The stand allows you to learn the basics of building cycle automation systems, and positional control systems. The elemental base of the mechatronic module consists of a displacement unit based on a rodless ribbon cylinder and parallel pneumatic capture, a component delivery unit, pneumatic pushers and sensors of various types.
- Study of PLC:
- Programming in LD language;

- Position (capacity, inductive, and reed sensors) and color sensor;

- Assembly and debugging of mechatronic system;

- study of graphical control options and indications of programming environment;
- study of communication principles for bridging devices and an object based on PLC as an example;
- integration of control systems along with SCADA system, PLC and sensors included.
