Description
The laboratory stand allows you to gain skills in the installation of automation systems, switchboard electrical equipment, master typical circuits for switching on an asynchronous motor, study the process of setting up automatic systems, and also synthesize automation systems based on relay-contact logic and on the basis of a programmable relay.
- Study of electromagnetic relay:
- connection circuit;
- self-retaining circuit.
- Study of contactor:
- connection circuit;
- self-retaining circuit;
- reversible starting circuit of electric motor;
- thermal protection circuit of electric motor with the use of electric thermo relay.
- Study of Schneider Electric Altivar12 frequency converter :
- connection circuit, parameterization and starting from the FC panel;
- connection circuit, parameterization and starting from the control elements;
- control circuit of FC with thermal protection.
- Study of Omron ZEN smart relay:
- connection circuit;
- motor control circuit using contactors;
- FC control circuit with feedback.
- Study of combined device Delta CTA4:
- timer mode (on the fan heater model);
- counter mode (on the packaging line model);
- tachometer mode (on the physical unit the engine).
